Thank you for entering this years MIXED OPEN at TADMARTON HEATH.

We look forward to greeting all competitors in 2021, following the cancellation of our 2020 open.

Upon arrival, we would politely ask that you sign in at the registration desk before taking in any practise at our driving range or refreshments from the clubhouse.

We are delighted to advise our practise facility now offers Huxley Turf range bays; to clip away your warm up balls and our recently developed outside terrace area; offers a relaxing view across the 7th hole and the beautiful Cotswold countryside.

All fees include a set menu summer meal as follows:-

Quiche, Ham, New Potatoes, Pasta & Salad.

Our club is Covid compliant and we advise the following basic guidance:-

Hands-Face-Space is in situ across the site

Golfers may use/change in the locker rooms provided or if they wish change at their car.

Our clubhouse is open with the above protocol in place, masks to be worn whilst standing at any time indoors please.

Food & Beverage orders beyond the above described post match meal, can be purchased from either the Terrace or Bar, our team will then provide table service for you.

We provide disposable masks and hand sanitiser throughout and would ask that these are used.

Our locker room and clubhouse areas are ventilated at all times.

Your data will be kept on file for 3 weeks, before being destroyed in line with Track & Trace/GDPR guidelines.

There is no presentation on the day, however the result will be announced within 24 hours and our winners invited back to play the course and collect their prize.

Runners Up and 3rd Place pairs will be contacted to organise the handover of their winnings. There will be no nearest the pin or longest drive prizes.
